* After use, please make sure to lock the bicycle and return the key and accessories (such as the battery) to the designated location.

Parking:

• Up to 3 cars can be parked at our facility.

* No reservation is required for the on-site parking. (Free of charge)

* For 4 or more cars, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

* There is no waiver of the cancellation fee due to the issuance of a state of emergency or priority preventative measures.

* Cancellation fee waivers are limited to cases where public transportation to our facility is suspended, making it physically impossible to visit.

Important Notes:

• - The accommodation fee includes a taking-bath tax of 150 yen.
• - Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the facility, and the premises are non-smoking. Pets cannot be accommodated.
• - Please refrain from acts that may disturb the neighbors, such as making loud noises, loud conversations on the terrace, or listening to loud music.
  * If we receive complaints from neighbors, you may be asked to vacate the premises.
• - If there is dirt or damage requiring repair in the rooms or to the furniture, you may be billed for the repair costs.
• - Please refrain from unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs.
  * If you have not vacated the premises 60 minutes after checkout time, an extension fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
• - The use of open flames (BBQ grills using charcoal, bonfires, candles, etc.) inside the facility is strictly prohibited.
  * Please note that you will be held entirely responsible for any fires or damages caused by violating these prohibited actions.

Recently, there have been frequent cases where we have had to ask guests to pay for compensation due to damage to various amenities in the facility that would be unlikely under normal use.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in taking sufficient care so that future guests can also enjoy their stay comfortably.

Regarding Fireworks:

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• You are allowed to use fireworks at Akazawa Beach, which is about a 15-minute drive away, until 8:00 PM. Please travel there to enjoy them. (Google Map)

Please read carefully the house manual sent at the time of reservation, and cooperate so that neighbors and the next guests can spend their time comfortably.
