To maintain the public nature and safety of the facility, we ask all guests using this facility to comply with these terms and the usage rules below, as well as any instructions given by facility staff based on them. The facility shall not be liable for any damages incurred by guests as a result of failing to observe these usage rules. Furthermore, if the facility incurs damages as a result, the guest shall be liable to compensate for such damages.

Regarding Use of This Facility

1. Do not distribute or display advertising materials, or sell goods, within the facility premises without permission.
2. Distributing flyers, collecting signatures, or conducting other promotional activities within the facility premises is not permitted.
3. Accommodation by minors alone may be declined without parental/guardian consent.
4. Do not use the facility while in a state of extreme intoxication.
5. Early check-in or late check-out without prior arrangement is not permitted.
   *If you have not vacated the room more than 30 minutes past the designated time, a late fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.
6. Do not use fire-related equipment that could cause a fire within the facility.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, on the terrace, and on the road in front of the facility (including e-cigarettes). If smoking or the presence of cigarette butts is confirmed, cleaning fees and compensation for damages will be charged.
8. If a complaint is received from neighboring residents, you will be asked to vacate the facility.
9. As this facility is located in a general residential area, please refrain from loud singing, noisy behavior, or any conduct that may cause a nuisance to neighboring residents or make others feel uncomfortable.
   *Use of the terrace is permitted only until 21:00 (quiet hours are 21:00–8:00).
10. Do not bring the following items into the facility:
    1. Animals (except dogs staying at dog-friendly facilities) and birds
    2. Items that emit a strong odor
    3. Excessively large quantities of items
    4. Items that are prone to catching fire or exploding, such as gunpowder or volatile oils, as well as fireworks, bonfires, candles, and charcoal BBQ grills
    5. Firearms, swords, cannabis, narcotics, stimulant drugs, illegal drugs, and other items whose possession is not legally permitted

Regarding Preservation of the Building and Equipment

1. Do not move, alter, or remove facility equipment or items to other locations, or use them for purposes other than intended.
2. Please keep the restroom clean. Do not flush foreign objects such as gum, cigarettes, or sanitary products.
   *If the toilet becomes clogged, a separate charge will apply.
3. If the building, equipment, furnishings, plants, etc. are lost, damaged, soiled, or made odorous, you may be required to compensate for the resulting damage.

Regarding Disaster Prevention, Crime Prevention, and Safety

1. If the facility suffers damage due to fire, breakage, or smoking resulting from violation of the prohibited items, you will be required to compensate for the damage.
2. If you feel unwell, or if you develop a fever, cough, or other symptoms during your stay, please contact us by email or phone.
3. If you see a suspicious person or object on the premises, please contact the number below.
4. If any facility equipment is found to be defective or broken, or if you damage it yourself, please contact us promptly.
5. If a guest or their companion is found to have engaged in violence, threats, extortion, coercion, obstruction of business by force, or similar acts, all future use of the facility will be refused.
6. If a guest or their companion engages in an act that violates the law, or if there is sufficient reason to believe such an act is likely, all future use of the facility will be refused.
7. For the safety management of the facility, security controls and security cameras are installed in some areas of the hotel facilities.

Regarding Personal Belongings and Lost Property

1. Items found within the facility after check-out will be kept for a certain period and then disposed of in accordance with applicable law. In addition, if a cost is incurred in returning found items to their owner, the owner shall bear that cost.
2. If personal belongings requiring disposal costs, such as bulky waste, are left intentionally or through negligence in the guest room or on the facility premises, in addition to disposal costs in accordance with applicable law, an equivalent amount will be charged as a handling fee. If there has been no contact regarding the belongings one week after the check-out date, they will be treated as having been intentionally abandoned.

Please place used towels and sheets into the “collection bag” located inside the door at the far end of the 1st floor hallway.

3. Please dispose of trash in the DUST BOX at the “trash collection area” in front of the parking lot when you leave
4. Please note that any items remaining in the refrigerator will be disposed of on the same day, regardless of their best-before or expiration date, so please do not forget to take them with you

Article 1 (Scope of Application of These Terms)

1. The accommodation contract concluded between TenangTenang (hereinafter “the Facility”) and a guest, as well as related contracts, shall be governed by these Terms. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws or generally established customs.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, when the Facility agrees to special terms that do not conflict with applicable laws and customs, such special terms shall take precedence.

Article 2 (Registration of Accommodation)

1. A person wishing to apply for an accommodation contract with the Facility shall provide the following information for registration with the Facility.
   1. Guest’s address, name, phone number, gender, nationality, and occupation
   2. For foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, region of entry, and date of entry
   3. Accommodation date(s), expected arrival time, departure date, expected departure time, and the applicant’s phone number and name
   4. Any other matters deemed necessary by the Facility
2. If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the accommodation date stated in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the Facility shall treat this as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.

Article 3 (Refusal to Conclude an Accommodation Contract)

The Facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:

1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms.
2. When there is no room available due to full occupancy (i.e., the room is already reserved).
3. When the person applying to stay is deemed likely to engage in conduct that violates the law, public order, or good morals in connection with their stay.
4. When the person brings in dangerous items (firearms, petroleum products) or items harmful to the human body.
5. When the person applying to stay is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests due to extreme intoxication or similar conditions, or has engaged in speech or conduct causing significant inconvenience to other guests or neighboring residents.
6. When the person applying to stay is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
7. When the person applying to stay has made intimidating and unreasonable demands—such as violence, threats, or extortion—against the accommodation facility or its staff, or has demanded a burden exceeding a reasonable scope, or is recognized as having engaged in similar conduct in the past; or when accommodation cannot be provided due to a natural disaster, facility malfunction, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 4 (Establishment of the Accommodation Contract, etc.)

1. An accommodation contract shall be established when the Facility accepts the application referred to in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply when the Facility can prove that it did not accept the application.
2. When an accommodation contract is established under the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay, by the date specified by the Facility, an application fee determined by the Facility, up to the amount of the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay.
3. The application fee shall first be applied toward the accommodation fee ultimately payable by the guest. If a situation arises requiring the application of Articles 6 and 17, it shall be applied in the order of penalty fee, then compensation, with any remaining balance refunded.
4. If the application fee referred to in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by the Facility in accordance with that paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become void, provided that the Facility has notified the guest of this when specifying the payment due date for the application fee.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Reservations)

1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the Facility.
2. As a rule regarding penalty fees, cancellation from 7 days before the stay date onward will incur a charge of 100% of the accommodation fee for the entire reserved period; cancellation up to 8 days before the stay date will be free of charge.
3. If the Facility receives no contact from the guest and the guest has not arrived by 8:00 PM on the accommodation date,

or if there is no contact more than 2 hours past the expected arrival time (up to a limit of 8:00 PM), the Facility may treat the reservation as having been canceled by the applicant and process it accordingly.

4. If the number of reserved nights is shortened, the penalty fee shall be charged based on one day (the first day), regardless of the number of days shortened, applying the penalty fee rate.

• Cancellation fees are not waived due to the declaration of a state of emergency or measures to prevent the spread of infectious disease. Cancellation fee waivers are limited to situations where public transportation to the accommodation is suspended, making it physically impossible to arrive.

Article 6 (The Facility’s Right to Cancel the Contract)

1. The Facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
   1. When the guest is deemed likely to engage in, or is recognized as having engaged in, conduct that violates the law, public order, or good morals in connection with their stay.
   2. When payment of the application fee has been requested but not received by the due date.
   3. When the guest has engaged in speech or conduct causing significant inconvenience to other guests.
   4. When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
   5. When the guest has made intimidating and unreasonable demands—such as violence, threats, or extortion—against the accommodation facility or its staff (employees), or has demanded a burden exceeding a reasonable scope, or is recognized as having engaged in similar conduct in the past.
   6. When accommodation cannot be provided due to circumstances arising from a natural disaster or other force majeure.
2. When the guest smokes in bed in the bedroom, tampers with firefighting equipment, or otherwise fails to comply with the prohibited items set forth in the usage rules established by the Facility (limited to those necessary for fire prevention purposes).

Article 7 (Room Usage Hours)

1. The hours during which a guest may use their guest room shall be from the check-in time to the check-out time set for each accommodation contract. (For a standard one-night, two-day reservation, this is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following morning.)
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Facility may accommodate use of the room outside the hours specified therein. In this case, a separately determined additional fee will be charged.
3. For consecutive stays (2 or more nights), the room may be used all day except on the arrival and departure dates; however, room staff may enter the room if room cleaning is required.

Article 8 (Compliance with Usage Rules)

Guests shall comply with the usage rules established by the Facility while on the premises.

Article 9 (Payment of Fees)

1. The breakdown of the accommodation fees payable by the guest shall be as set forth in the basic rate table.
2. Payment of the accommodation fees referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made, by the designated date, via bank transfer to the designated account for the application fee (equivalent to the accommodation fee), by credit card payment, or in person at the accommodation facility.
3. Even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the Facility has provided the guest room and made it available for use, the accommodation fee shall still be charged.
4. For accommodation plans that include ancillary services such as BBQ, if the guest voluntarily does not consume or use the service, the corresponding amount shall still be charged.

Article 10 (Liability of the Facility)

1. The Facility’s liability regarding accommodation begins at whichever is earlier: when the guest completes accommodation registration at the Facility, or when the guest enters the facility, and ends when the guest vacates the facility to depart.
2. If the Facility causes damage to the guest in the course of performing, or failing to perform, the accommodation contract or related contracts, it shall compensate for such damage, provided that this shall not apply when the damage is not attributable to reasons for which the Facility is responsible.
3. The Facility carries liability insurance to address the possibility of fire or similar incidents.

Article 11 (Parking Lot)

The hours during which guests may use the parking lot are from 3:00 PM on the check-in date until 10:00 AM on the check-out date.

Article 12 (Liability of the Guest)

1. If the Facility incurs damage due to the intentional act or negligence of a guest, that guest shall be liable to compensate the Facility for such damage (including the removal of items from within the facility).
2. If damage to furniture or equipment is found to have been caused intentionally or through negligence, and the case is deemed malicious beyond what could normally be anticipated through ordinary use, the guest will be charged the actual cost of restoration and any period of business closure, plus a separate flat fee of ¥100,000.
3. If a guest violates the usage rules set forth in Article 8 and causes damage or an accident to a third party, or if a guest is harmed as a result of their own violation, the Facility shall bear no liability for compensation of any kind.

Article 13 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court serving as the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.

These terms of use (hereinafter “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for the safe and proper use of bicycles (hereinafter “the Bicycle”) lent by the accommodation facility TenangTenang (hereinafter “the Facility”). Before using the Bicycle, please read these Terms carefully and use the Bicycle only after agreeing to them.

Article 1 (Eligibility for Use)

• The Bicycle is available only to guests staying at the Facility who are 14 years of age or older.
• Use by minors requires parental/guardian consent.
• Use is prohibited while under the influence of alcohol, in poor physical condition, pregnant, or otherwise in a condition that would impair safe operation.
• Users shall comply with Japan’s Road Traffic Act and strive to operate the bicycle safely.

Article 2 (Hours of Use and Fees)

• The Bicycle may be used from sunrise to sunset; use at night is generally prohibited.
• There is no charge for use.

Article 3 (Rental and Return)

• Those wishing to use the Bicycle should make a prior request to the following contact.

• After use, be sure to lock the bicycle and return the key and accessories (including the battery, in the case of an electrically assisted bicycle) to the designated location.

Article 4 (Responsibility for Care)

• Users shall handle the Bicycle carefully and ride it with constant attention.
• When parking the Bicycle during use, always lock it with the provided lock.
• After finishing use, be sure to return the Bicycle to the designated parking space.
• Wearing safety equipment such as a helmet is recommended.

Article 5 (Accidents and Damage)

• The Facility bears no liability whatsoever for accidents, injuries, troubles, or damage to third parties occurring while using the Bicycle.
• In the event of an accident, theft, damage, or similar incident, please contact the police and the Facility promptly.
• If damage or theft of the Bicycle occurs, you may be charged for repair costs or compensation.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

• Use for commercial purposes, or lending or transferring the Bicycle to a third party, is prohibited.
• Use on roads with steps, rough terrain, stairs, etc. is prohibited.
• Please refrain from use in bad weather, such as rain or strong wind, to prevent accidents.
• Riding at night without lights (rental will not be provided if lights are not equipped) is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• The Facility bears no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss arising in connection with the use of this service. Please use the service safely at your own responsibility.
• The Facility likewise bears no liability for troubles arising from a user’s carelessness or violation of these Terms.

These terms of use (hereinafter “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for the safe and proper use of the alcoholic beverages (hereinafter “this Service”) provided by the accommodation facility TenangTenang (hereinafter “the Facility”). Before using this Service, please read these Terms carefully and use the Service only after agreeing to them.

Article 1 (Age Restriction)

1. This Service may be used only by persons aged 20 or older.
2. Users are required to self-declare, via a checkbox on the purchase screen at the time of purchasing alcohol, that they are “20 years of age or older.”
3. The Facility shall conduct age verification based on the user’s self-declaration in the preceding item, but may request the presentation of identification documents (proof of identity) when deemed necessary.
4. If it is discovered that a person under 20 years of age used this Service through a false declaration, the Company may take necessary measures, including cancellation of the payment and suspension of the use of this Service.
5. All liability arising from use of this Service by a person under 20 years of age through a false declaration shall be borne by that user (or, in the case of a minor, their legal representative), and the Company shall bear no liability except in cases of its own willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 2 (Purchase and Unlocking Method)

1. Once age verification is complete, the purchase is finalized upon payment via Stripe.
2. After payment is completed, an authentication code for unlocking the storage unit (refrigerator, etc.) will be issued.
3. Transferring, sharing, or reselling the authentication code to a third party is prohibited.

Article 3 (Returns and Refunds)

Due to the nature of the products, cancellations, returns, and refunds will not be accepted after payment is completed. This does not apply where there is a reason attributable to the Facility (such as a defective or damaged product).

Article 4 (Notes on Alcohol Consumption and Disclaimer)

1. The Facility bears no liability for accidents, ill health, or troubles resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, except in cases of its own willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. As stated in Part 1 of these terms, use of the facility while extremely intoxicated is prohibited.
3. Please use equipment such as beer dispensers correctly, following the provided operating instructions. If gas leaks, gas loss, or damage to the equipment occurs due to customer error or improper handling (such as leaving the handle unattended), you will be charged 5,000 yen to cover the actual costs (including gas refill and repair fees).

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

• Providing or transferring alcoholic beverages to minors
• Unauthorized acquisition, sharing, or resale of authentication codes
• Fraudulent use of age verification through false declarations
• Unauthorized access to, disassembly, destruction, or improper operation of the storage unit, unlocking equipment, beer server, or other equipment

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

As with Article 13 of Part 2, disputes relating to these provisions shall have the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
